Relaxing yoga and mindfulness for health and wellbeing.

The local group, which pre-covid held weekly sessions at UTASS, is currently operating through Zoom video meetings. Sessions are held from 6pm until 7pm on Tuesday evenings.
It’s relaxed and suitable for beginners.
New members are welcome to a free trial session.
£10 for a batch of six lessons.
